Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Cozzzy Together product, and we stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If something does not meet your expectations or you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.

RETURNS

To start a return, please email us at [email protected]

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

  • Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
  • We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within five business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT RETURNS

We do not accept returns on subscription orders. If we made a mistake, such as sending you a wrong size or a misspelled name, please contact us, and we will send you a replacement on us.
